Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a year she earned her Pro Card at age 17. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her university education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show she competed throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. At the end 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance to get her college diploma. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she placed third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high about her position. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. She usually warms up first before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
